Mark R. Taylor, Executive Vice President, Director of Real Estate
Mark joined McMorgan & Company in 1991 and has 27 years of diverse experience in real estate management, marketing and client service. Mark oversees our real estate effort, managing the acquisitions, asset management and research teams.
Mark was appointed to the Real Estate Investment Committee in October 2001 and has played a key role in the creation and growth of the McMorgan Institutional Real Estate Fund I (MIREF). Prior to joining McMorgan, Mark spent 10 years in various real estate roles, including Project Coordinator for the Grubb & Ellis Development Company, an independent research consultant to the RREEF Funds, and a Leasing and Development Coordinator with Bramalea Limited, a major Canadian real estate developer.
Mark holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University, and is a former Captain in the United States Army Reserve.

Mark W. Talgo, Senior Advisor
Mark Talgo, Senior Managing Director of New York Life Investment Management’s Real Estate Group, joined McMorgan’s Real Estate team as a Senior Advisor. He works closely with Mark Taylor, McMorgan’s Director of Real Estate, focusing on real estate operations and portfolio management strategies. He also serves as a member of McMorgan’s Real Estate Committee. In addition to his role with McMorgan, Mark Talgo also manages NYLIM’s real estate business, which includes commercial loan production, commercial mortgage backed securities and private equity real estate. He has over 20 years experience in the real estate debt and equity markets and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts; Commercial Mortgage Securities Association; Urban Land Institute and Pension Real Estate Association. He holds an MS from New York University and a BA from Lake Forest College.

Steve Repertinger, Vice President, Portfolio Management, CFA
Steve joined McMorgan in 2007, and serves as Vice President, Portfolio Management, and oversees many functions involved in managing the investment objectives and strategy for MIREF. Steve’s role includes ensuring that the fund strategy is consistently maintained through ongoing interaction with the Acquisition and Asset Management teams. Steve has over 12 years of real estate related experience and most recently served as Assistant Portfolio Manager at Principal Real Estate Investors in Des Moines, IA, managing commercial real estate assets for retirement plans and institutional clients. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from the Iowa State University, a MBA from the University of Iowa, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

David C. Cumming, Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management
David joined McMorgan in September 2007, serving as our head of asset management. He has 30 years of experience in managing a diverse group of real estate investments. Prior to joining McMorgan, David served in various senior real estate roles including over 13 years with Citigroup, initially running a considerable portion of their OREO portfolio. Subsequently he joined Citigroup’s Global Capital Transaction Group and directed corporate real estate projects throughout Europe, Asia and the U.S. Earlier, David was a partner with Lincoln Property Company in their high-rise office division and a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Baldwin-Wallace College, OH.

Stephen G. Ghiselli, Vice President
Steve joined McMorgan's real estate team in 2003 as an asset manager. His focus is on assets located in Oregon, Washington, and California. Steve has 22 years of experience in asset management, with expertise in leasing and marketing. Prior to joining McMorgan, Steve was Vice President and General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services. He holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Brian M. Seaman, Vice President
Brian joined McMorgan & Company in 1998 as a real estate investment manager. He focuses primarily on Midwest, East Coast and Arizona properties. Brian has 15 years experience in real estate investment and property management, five of those years in the Phoenix area. He holds degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona and the CCIM and CPM professional designations.

Tracy L. Roshangah, Vice President
Tracy joined McMorgan in 1989, after 4 years as a Financial Analyst at Citibank. She previously served as our Real Estate Financial Coordinator and is currently part of our team of Asset Managers. Tracy focuses primarily on Bay Area properties and has 23 years of real estate investment experience. Tracy holds a BS in Finance from California State University, Sacramento and the CCIM professional designation.

Michael D. Hamilton, Asset Manager
Mike joined McMorgan in 2003, after 6 years with The Estate of James Campbell (James Campbell Corporation) as a financial analyst. He previously served as our Real Estate Investment Analyst/ Acquisition Associate and is currently part of our team of Asset Managers. He has 12 years of real estate experience. He holds a BS degree in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.

Paula C. Neff, Asset Manager
Paula joined McMorgan in 2000 and has 9 years of experience in real estate. She concentrates on assets located on the West Coast and is experienced in using the department's investment valuation software. Paula is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and holds a BA in Marketing.

Jane G. Reynolds, VP, Asset Management
Jane joined McMorgan in 2008, and serves as Vice President, Asset Management. She has over 11 years of experience in real estate, and focuses on assets located in California, New Jersey, New York and Texas. Prior to joining McMorgan, Jane served as an Asset Manager for Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP) where she managed office, multifamily, industrial, retail and development properties. Prior to PCCP, Jane served as an Asset Manager for Morgan Stanley for six years, and a financial analyst/acquisitions analyst with Glenborough Realty Trust for two years. Jane holds a MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from Sweet Briar College.

Chris McEldowney, Senior Vice President
Chris joined McMorgan's real estate team in April 2003, concentrating on asset acquisitions. He has 26 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining McMorgan, he served as a principal of Stonegate Partners in Larkspur. Chris also worked for 11 years as Relationship Manager & Senior Investment Officer for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in San Francisco. Chris obtained his BS degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Arizona and holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Thomas P. O'Hanlon, Vice President
Thomas joined McMorgan in 2004, concentrating on asset acquisitions. He has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and finance which include office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties. Prior to joining McMorgan, Thomas served as Vice President, Investments at PMRealty Advisors, where he focused on new acquisitions for specific markets across the U.S. Thomas is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, and is a board member of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council. He holds a BA in Economics from California State University, Sacramento.

Steven W. Osborne, Vice President
Steven joined McMorgan in 2007, and serves as Vice President, Acquisitions. Steven is focused on acquisitions in the Eastern region of the U.S. and is based in our New York City, NY office. Steven has 26 years of real estate investment and finance experience and formally was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Citigroup Alternative Investments in New York. Steven earned a MS in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a BA in Business Management from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA.

Stan Q. Fong, Acquisition Associate
Stan joined McMorgan in 2007 and has over 8 years of real estate experience. Prior to McMorgan, he served as an Underwriter at Hometown Commercial Capital in Burlingame, CA. Additionally, he worked with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in their Corporate Properties Group, serving as a Lease Consultant and with Bank of America in their Real Estate Research and Risk Assessment division, serving as a Market Research Analyst. He also worked with the Weitzman Group in Real Estate Consulting & Valuation. Stan holds an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, New York, NY and a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, CA.

Marissa L. Felizardo, Acquisition Associate
Marissa joined McMorgan & Company in 1998 and has 11 years of commercial real estate experience. She analyzes market data, develops various financial models and works with the acquisition team on new investments from origination through closing. Prior to her role as an Acquisition Associate, Marissa managed the due diligence for all of McMorgan's real estate transactions. She is a graduate of Sonoma State University.

Kristin M. Gowdy, Acquisition Associate
Kristin joined McMorgan & Company as a Real Estate Acquisition Associate in 2008, with nine years of prior experience in financial analysis. She previously worked as a Senior Analyst of Real Estate Acquisitions for Urdang Capital Management in Mission Viejo, CA, and in the Mutual Funds Division of State Street Corporation in Boston, MA. Kristin holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from Boston College, and she is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mary L. Schroeder, Vice President, Risk Management, CRM, CIC
Mary joined McMorgan & Company in 1990 and has 36 years of professional experience in the insurance industry. She manages all property and casualty insurance programs for McMorgan, and provides ongoing review and consulting for all insurance coverages maintained as part of McMorgan's Real Estate investment portfolio. Mary is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager.

William M. (Tim) Neilson, Vice President, Real Estate Accounting
Tim joined McMorgan in May 2008 with primary responsibility for the management of financial accounting and reporting within the real estate group. With 32 years of experience in the industry, he most recently served as a Partner and Vice President of Finance with M&H Realty Partners and its successor firm, Merlone Geier Partners, institutional real estate investment managers. He has held previous positions of similar responsibility with CMA Asset Managers (Oakland City Center), Doric Development (developer of a 1,000 acre mixed use project), Lincoln Property Company, the Grubb & Ellis Company’s Real Estate Services Group, Bedford Properties and Kaiser/Aetna Development. Tim began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco after graduating from Lewis & Clark College (OR) with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and earning his MBA degree in both accounting and transportation from the University of California at Berkeley.

Belle Ling, Escrow Manager
Belle joined McMorgan & Company in 1999 and has 23 years experience in institutional real estate investment. She manages the closings for all real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and loans and reviews title insurance coverage for McMorgan's Real Estate investment portfolio. Belle is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton.
