Brian K. Jackson, Senior Vice President
Brian came to McMorgan in 1998 with a rare blend of Taft-Hartley experience. He served as an investment management client service officer for four years and, previous to that, as a Trustee for pension and health funds with assets in excess of $650 million. Through his experience with the National Electrical Contractors Association, he has extensive experience with the administration and design of benefit plans. Brian earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and his BS in Business Administration from Shepherd University. He also holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Mark S. Johnson, Senior Vice President, CEBS
Mark joined McMorgan & Company in 1993, and has over 31 years of experience in the investment management and benefit plan administration fields. Prior to McMorgan, he was with Morley Capital Management serving Taft-Hartley clients nationwide. Mark is a graduate of the University of Washington school of Business, and has earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Mark holds the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

Brian A. Schroeder, Vice President
Brian joined McMorgan & Company in 1994 to help launch McMorgan's mutual fund division. In early 1999, he was promoted to the client services team. Prior to McMorgan, he performed shareholder service for the Franklin/Templeton mutual fund family. Brian holds a degree in economics from California State University at Hayward, and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Buck Bucci, Vice President
Buck joined McMorgan in 2006 and has over 14 years experience working with Taft-Hartley investment and retirement programs. He is responsible for managing sales and service in the Eastern region for McMorgan and serves as Managing Director of New York Life Investment Management LLC, Retirement Plan Services Taft-Hartley channel. Prior to joining McMorgan & RPS he served as senior vice president and director of Wachovia Retirement Services’ Taft-Hartley group. Buck holds a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, PA and a BS from Saint Vincent College. Buck holds a Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Sue Charon, Client Service Representative
Sue joined McMorgan in 1994 and supports client service and mutual fund business development efforts. She attended Portland State University and currently holds Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses.

Patrick J. Noonan, Vice President, Consultant Relations
Patrick joined McMorgan in 1991 and is responsible for managing McMorgan's investment consultant relations effort, a division which he began in 2001. He has 17 years of varied investment experience. Prior to his current role, Patrick served as Portfolio Accounting Manager at McMorgan, overseeing the investment operations, client reporting, and portfolio reconciliation process. He holds a MBA in Management and a BS in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He also holds the Series 6, 7 & 63 licenses. Patrick is a Level I Chartered Financial Analyst candidate.
